Transportation management, built in Canada

Every trip, one screen.

Quote it, dispatch it, track it, invoice it. One record of the trip that every view reads and every person writes.

Two plans: Standard with a 14-day free trial, or pay as you go from CA$59 a month. Office users and drivers are unlimited on both. See pricing

A live board: every dot is a trip, every ring a stop, and one change reaches every view.

The problem

The same trip, typed five times.

A quote in a spreadsheet. The order in an email thread. The trip on a whiteboard. The truck on a telematics tab. The invoice in the accounting package. Every one of them is a copy of the same trip, and every copy drifts — and somebody's whole afternoon is spent keeping them in step by phone.

Hexagen keeps one record of the trip and lets every screen — and every person, the driver included — read and write it. There is nothing to re-type, so there is nothing to drift.

How it works

From quote to paid, on one road.

Eight stops, one record. Each stop is a screen a real person uses today, and each one writes to the same trip.

  1. Quote

Price the lane from your own rates — or, with Hena on, from comparable past loads, with the comparables shown beside the number.

  2. Order

The customer's reply becomes the order. Revisions are kept side by side, and an acceptance is a record you can show, not a memory.

  3. Trip

Orders ride a trip. Move one between trips and the board, the driver's phone and the paperwork move with it.

  4. Dispatch

Rank who can make the first pickup — endorsements, equipment, hours of service and the pickup window — and assign in one click.

  5. On the road

Telematics, the driver app or the truck's last position: the freshest fix wins, and the Power board shows the estimated arrival.

  6. Delivered

The driver's tap in a dead zone arrives exactly once when the signal returns, and every view updates without a phone call.

  7. Invoiced

Raise the invoice from the delivered order with the paperwork attached. Revise it and the old one is superseded, never overwritten.

  8. Paid

Post it to your accounting package, and watch the receivables card on the dashboard come down.

AI Assist

Beta

Hena reads the whole operation. You keep the wheel.

Ask a question from any screen and get a sentence, a table or a chart with a link to the record it found. Let it draft the email, sort the inbox, price the lane from comparables, check a dispatch plan or summarise a scheduled report. Seventeen features, each with its own switch — and not one of them changes a load, a trip, an order or an invoice on its own.

  • Off until you turn it on

No plan switches AI on. You set a monthly spending limit and pay for the credits you use; each company switches each feature.

  • One switch per feature

A brokerage running three companies can read one mailbox with a model and leave the other two alone.

  • Reads your records, never writes a business record

A suggestion lands in the same form and the same button a person already uses. The write is theirs.

  • Shows what it used

The comparables behind a price, the reasons behind a ranking, the rows behind an answer — on screen, beside the result.

Plans

Two plans: by the truck, or by the order (load).

Standard includes everything for a platform fee and each active truck. Pay as you go starts small and charges for what you use. Office users and drivers are unlimited on both, and the driver app is included.

  • Pay as you go

For an owner-operator or a small fleet getting started.

    CA$59/ month

    includes 40 delivered orders (loads)

    • CA$5 per delivered order (load) after the first 40
    • CA$15 a month per connected integration
    • Google Maps at CA$4 per 1,000 credits
    • AI at CA$4 per 1,000 credits, under a limit you set
    • One company, unlimited office users and drivers
    • Business-day email support
    • No trial: the first CA$59 is charged at signup

Inside the office

Five surfaces that do the work.

Each one reads the same record. Watch what happens on screen, then read what the product actually does — every line below is a thing it does today.

Scroll · five stops

Invoicing

Delivered means invoiced — in one action, not one afternoon.

The invoice is generated from the delivered order, not typed. One action allocates the number, copies every charge into a line that remembers where it came from, applies the taxes your company stated, and attaches the paperwork the driver already captured.

  • Sales taxes are snapshotted on the invoice from your own rates, so a later rate change never rewrites a sent invoice.
  • A sent invoice is revised by supersession: the new one carries R2, the old one stays readable, nothing is edited in place.
  • Ask Hena "what is delivered but not invoiced" and the invoice is one click from the answer.

Dashboards

The morning in one screen, and it moves while you watch.

Revenue over eight weeks, receivables, active trips, the stops due today and a band of what needs attention — one read, drawn by the product itself, refreshed the moment a status changes anywhere.

  • Four ways to see the same day: panels, a table, a Kanban of trips by status, and boards you build from your own reports.
  • Every card is live: a driver's tap or a dispatcher's click updates it over the same channel as the board and the badges.
  • Hena answers on the dashboard with a sentence, a table or a bar chart, and any answer exports as CSV.

Dispatch boards

Rank, assign, watch — three boards, one truth.

The board is a projection of the trips, never a second copy. Assign from a ranked list with the reasons shown as chips, switch to the schedule to see drivers as rows and days as columns, and open the Power board to watch every live trip's position and arrival estimate.

  • Delivery risk is derived from the arrival estimate and the customer's window, and dispatch is told once — not on every refresh.
  • A trip's stops can be split across drivers, tendered to a carrier, or relayed between crews mid-route.
  • An assignment asks the driver to start from their phone, and the stop chain follows from there.

Reporting

A report is a saved question — and it can email itself.

Pick a dataset — orders, trips, stops, invoices, payments, expenses or customers — choose columns, filters, grouping and a range, and save it. Run it, export it as CSV or PDF, or schedule it to reach the people at your company on the weekdays and time you choose.

  • A schedule delivers a link or the CSV itself, and can carry a one-page AI-written summary over figures the product computed.
  • Boards put a report over a base dataset plus its relationships on the dashboard, so the numbers you run are the numbers you see.
  • Describe the report you need and Hena fills in the builder; nothing is saved until you press Save.

Trip planner

See the week by corridor and day, and prove a plan before you create it.

Open orders land on a board of corridors by day. Drag them into a set, or pick Bundle with…, and the rules answer at once: a dry order riding in a reefer, an appointment mid-sequence, a light load, nobody who reaches the first pickup in its window.

  • The day plan is a proof: a checklist that names every gap rather than hiding it, with a timeline you can replay before anything is created.
  • Drivers are ranked with the dispatch board's own weights, so the planner and the board never disagree about who can take a trip.
  • With the assistant on, type "reefer to Montréal Thursday" to land on the right cell, and read why a set was grouped.

What is inside

Built for the whole office, and the cab.

Every module reads the same record. Turn on the ones your plan includes and the rest stay quietly out of the way.

  • OrdersQuotes, revisions, acceptance and a tracking link for the customer.
  • TripsThe unit of work: stops, orders aboard, driver, truck and trailer.
  • Dispatch boardRank, assign and re-plan; the Power board watches the road.

  • InvoicesRaised from delivered orders; revised, never overwritten.
  • ExpensesA cost ledger, reimbursements and bank-statement import.
  • PricingLane rates, LTL skid pricing and charge codes.

  • Fuel cardsCard ledgers and statements from Comdata and EFS.
  • IntegrationsEach connection on its own switch, tested before it goes live.

The driver app

A tap in a dead zone still arrives once.

The driver app works offline. Every tap — arrived, loaded, delivered, a photo of the paperwork — is written to a durable outbox on the phone and synced with an idempotency key when the signal returns. Delivered once means delivered once.

  • It is not an electronic logging device. Hours of service stay with your telematics provider; the product reads them from that provider to show your dispatchers, and saves none of them.
  • Drivers without the app can work their trip on WhatsApp — the stop buttons, the document menu and, with the assistant on, a plain answer about their own trip and nothing else.
  • The driver app is included on both plans, with unlimited drivers. Every input it captures has an office-side path too.

Integrations

It talks to what you already use.

Where your data lives

In plain words.

  • Stored in Canada

Our hosted service stores your data in Azure Canada Central, and the servers run there too. The AI features run on a global model deployment and may be processed outside Canada, and every connection first passes through Microsoft's global network edge, which is not confined to Canada either — the privacy policy says exactly what stays and what may not.

  • Your company, your rows

Every record is scoped to your company in the application and again by row-level security in the database. A load cannot reference another company's customer.

  • English and French

The product, the sign-in and the legal documents are served in both languages. Quebec is open.

  • Runs where you run

Our hosted service, or your own installation on plain Docker or bare metal — PostgreSQL or SQL Server, or MySQL for a single company. One image, no cloud lock-in.

  • Two-factor sign-in

Multi-factor authentication for every user, and a nudge on every screen until it is on.

  • Read-only, never locked out

If a subscription lapses the account degrades to read-only. Your data and its export stay available in every state.
