Office users and drivers are unlimited on both plans, and the driver app is included. You can change plan later.
How billing works
- A billable truck is a truck marked Active. Standard bills at least 1 truck, and at least one truck for every 75 orders (loads) delivered in the month.
- On Pay as you go, every connected integration counts, mailbox and messaging accounts included. Google Maps is not counted as an integration; it is billed in credits instead.
- Trucks and integrations are charged on the highest count in the month: one you add is charged pro rata from that day, and one you remove comes off at renewal.
- On Pay as you go, orders (loads) beyond 40 and usage credits are billed at the end of the month.
- Delivered orders (loads) are counted once per delivered load: orders delivered together on one trip count as one.
- Standard can be paid yearly at 15% off: the platform fee and trucks are billed a year in advance, and AI credits stay monthly. A truck added during the year is charged for the rest of the year; one taken out of service comes off at renewal. Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the paid year, and the rest of that year is not refunded.
- AI stays off until you set a monthly spending limit. The limit runs per calendar month, and AI pauses when it is reached; nothing else stops.
- Standard starts with a 14-day free trial. Your card is taken at signup and the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel. Pay as you go has no trial: its CA$59 base is charged at signup.
