The product
One record. Every view. Every person.
Hexagen is a transportation management system for carriers and brokers: the office app, the driver app and the integrations, all reading and writing one record of the trip. This page walks the record from the customer's first email to the last dollar.
Propagation
A status moves through every view at once.
When a status changes — on the board, in the list, from the cab — the change is committed once and every subscribed screen is told: the dispatch board, the trips list, tracking, the dashboard and the navigation badges. If the connection drops, the screen falls back to polling rather than going quietly stale.
A quote you can revise, and an acceptance you can prove.
A quotation reply from the customer becomes the order. Revisions sit side by side, so nobody has to remember which number was agreed. Send the customer a tracking link for their order — no account needed on their side — and, when you choose to share them, the stop windows they see are the ones your driver sees.
The board ranks. You assign.
The dispatch board ranks who can take the first pickup from endorsements, equipment, hours of service and the pickup window, and says why with chips. The trip planner groups open orders by corridor and day; drag a set into a trip and the rules refuse what cannot work. An order moves between trips without losing its paperwork.
Every truck on the map, without calling the cab.
Trip tracking takes every source you have — telematics from Samsara, Motive or Geotab, the driver app, the truck's last position — and the freshest fix wins. Fleet view shows every truck at once. The Power board keeps an estimated arrival for every live trip and, with the AI feature on, a reason beside it.
Every BOL, POD and invoice in one library.
Documents arrive from the driver's phone, from the mailbox and from the office, and every PDF you send is rendered from the same template as the screen. Print templates match your paperwork, and a share link lets a customer or a carrier open one document and nothing else.
The inbox lives beside the order.
Connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook and every thread is matched to its order by headers, order number and sender. Reply from the order, attach the paperwork, and — with Hena on — let the inbox sort itself and draft the reply you would have written.

Which reefer orders deliver in Montréal on Thursday?

Read from the orders list under your own role — every row is one your search already finds.
Invoiced, taxed, reconciled.
Raise the invoice from the delivered order, with the taxes of the jurisdiction applied. Revise it and the old one is superseded, never overwritten. The expenses ledger takes reimbursements and bank-statement imports; fuel-card statements from Comdata and EFS reconcile against trips; and the accounting connection posts to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Reports that run themselves.
Build a report over trips, orders, invoices, drivers, trucks or expenses; save it; schedule it to arrive as a CSV, and, with the feature on, with a one-page AI-written summary over figures the product computed. Boards put the same reports on the dashboard.
The cab is a first-class input.
The driver app is offline-first: taps and photos wait in a durable outbox and sync exactly once. Trip reports, fuel receipts and paperwork come in from the road. Drivers without the app can work their stops on WhatsApp.
One account, many companies.
An account holds the companies you run; each company is its own isolated set of rows with its own users, roles, branding and settings. Multi-factor sign-in for everyone, custom roles, white-label domains on the Standard plan, and an audit trail of what changed.
Runs where you run.
Use our hosted service, or install the same software on your own infrastructure — plain Docker or bare metal, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, or MySQL for a single company. Azure is where we host; it is not something the software depends on.
Integrations
It talks to what you already use.
Accounting, telematics, mailboxes, messaging and fuel cards — each connected and disconnected on its own, and no connection goes live until a read-only test has passed. Credentials are never shown back to anyone, including us.
